Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground beef or meatloaf mix

1 egg

1 cup bread crumbs

1 can Vegetarian Vegetable soup

Barbeque sauce for topping (optional)

Preparation

Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, and soup well. Add more bread crumbs if needed, or if feels too stickey. (Or for a low carb option, use parmasean cheese instead of bread crumbs.) Put into baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20-45 minutes, or until cooked through and sauce has cooked on top.
