Ingredients

Pie Crust

1 Pint Heavy Cream

1/4 to 1/2 c sugar

4 apples

2 tsp cinnamon

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla

(you can adjust the sugar down to 1/4 cup since the apples are sweet anyway and use 1/2 & 1/2 insteaed of heavy cream)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Peel apples and slice thin. (this will ensure apples cook thru.) Mix egg, cream, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl. Pour into pie shell. Add sliced/diced apples until shell is full. Sprinkle cinnamon over top.

Cook at 375 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fork comes out clean.
