Ingredients

1 lb sour cherries (pitted)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

1-1 1/2 tablespoon pectin + 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine cherries, sugar and lemon. Boil for 2 minutes.

  2. Add pectin to cherries and bring back to a boil. Boil for 1 more minute.
