Ingredients

Filling

1/3 c light brown sugar

2 t cinnamon

2 t flour

1c coarsely chipped pecans

Cake 3 1/2 c flour

2 t baking powder

1/2 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

10T unsalted buter room temp

1 c sugar

3 lg eggs

1 3/4 c sour cream

Preparation

Prepare bundt pan with butter and flour. Sift dry ingredients together. with paddle attachment cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, scraping sides. On slow speed add dry ingredient mixture and alternate with sour cream. Beat until just combined.

Spoon half of bater into pan and sprinkle with filling. Cover with remaining batter.

Bake 50-60 minutes in 350 degree oven. . Test with tooth pick
