Ingredients
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vainilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Combine butter sugar, eggs, sour cream vainilla, Stir in flour and dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl combine 1 cup nuts, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cinammon.
Pour 1/2 batter into a greased 10x6 inch dish or 11x7 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 nut mixture. Cover with remaining batter, sprinkle nut top.
Bake 350 F 50 mts Serve warm.
