Ingredients

Cake mixture:

2 ½ Cups flour

1 tsp. Baking soda

½ tsp. Baking powder

½ tsp. Salt

1 cup/225g butter/shortening

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla

1 cup sour cream

Crumble mixture:

6 T./85g butter

¾ cup brown sugar

3 tsp. Cinnamon

1 ½ cup chopped nuts

3 T. flour

Preparation

Cake mixture: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.

Crumble mixture: Melt butter and then add rest of ingredients.

Assembly: Add 2 mixtures starting with cake mixture and ending with brown sugar mixture add to greased bundt pan

Bake in 175C/350F oven for about 1 hour. Let cool before turning out of pan
