2 T. FLOUR
1 C. SOUR CREAM
2 EGGS
1/2 TSP VANILLA
1/8 TSP SALT
1 9" PIE CRUST
TOPPING FOR PIE
1/3 C. SUGAR
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1/3 C. FLOUR
1/4 C. BUTTER
Preparation
PLACE PEACHES IN 9" PIE SHELL UNBAKED. MIX SUGAR, FLOUR, SOUR CREAM, EGGS, VANILLA AND SALT. POUR OVER PEACHES AND BAKE AT 450 FOR 15 MIN. REDUCE HEAT TO 350 AND BAKE FOR 30 MIN. LONGER.
TOPPING MIX TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF PIE BAKE FOR 20 MIN. AT 325
