Ingredients

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Sour Cream

2 Tbsp. ice water

1 tsp. sugar

3/4 tsp. salt

2 1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup cake flour

1/2 cup chilled butter

1/2 cup shortening

Preparation

Mix sour cream, water, sugar and salt in bowl. Combine flours in food processor, add fats and mis until dough starts to form, add sour cream mixture and process until dough just begins to stick together. Separate dough into 2 pieces, wrap in saran wrap and chill 1 hour. If chilled longer, bring out 30" before rolling out.
