Ingredients
3 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. almond extract
1/2 t. lemon extract
3 cups flour
1/4 t. baking soda
pinch salt
1/2 pint sour cream or yogurt (I use nonfat yogurt, drained)
Preparation
Cream butter (room temperature) and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and lemon and almond extracts. Sift (with fork) flour, soda & salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Lightly grease a Bundt pan, pour in batter & bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from pan. When ready to serve, dust with confectioners sugar.
