Sour Cream Sugar Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

2 cups sugar

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

4 cups sifted flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar. Add one egg at a time. Mix thoroughly. Sift together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately to butter and sugar. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto greased, floured cookie sheets. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes until edges just start to brown.
