Ingredients
Sourbread Recipe:
1 1/4 cups sourdough starter
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cups water (as needed)
3 tbsp vital gluten
1 tsp barley malt
2 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix together in bread machine dough cycle.
let rise in machine, bring out and punch down, form into a ball and let rise to double the original size.
