Preparation
GRATE POTATO, ADD THE SALT,SUGAR,WATER IN LARGE BOWL. POUR THE FLOUR OVER THE CONTENT UNTIL COVERED. COVER WITH DAMP CLOTH AND REST FOR 24 HOURS.
