Ingredients
1 1/2 c. crushed pecans,
1/2 stk. butter melted,
1/2 c. lt. brown sugar
Mix well with fork, with repeated wet hands press down in cheesecake pan and up sides to 1/2 from top. try to keep relatively same and not thick around edges. Bake @ 350* for 8-10 min. with 1/2 c water in pie pan.
Meanwhile:
in large bowl:
2 cream cheese room temp.
2 neuchatel cheese room temp.
2 eggs
1/2 c l. brown sugar can use splenda
cream together.
Add:1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
mix and put into cooled crust.
Preparation
prepare crust as suggested above. fill with cheesecake mix as described above.
