Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped

1 large tomato, cut into chunks

1/4 pound silken tofu

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 green onions

2 cloves garlic

water (about 1/4 cup)

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except water and cilantro in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add water as needed to reach desired consistency. Stir in chopped cilantro.
