Ingredients
Chicken breasts, cleaned and patted dry
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 small can tomato sauce
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 cup apricot jam or honey
1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce (to taste)
2 tb worchester sauce
1/2 cup cider vinegar
Preparation
Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Arrange chicken over sliced onion in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 30 additional minutes. May turn chicken one additional time and allow sauce to thicken if desired.
