cups frozen corn (from 12-oz bag), thawed

cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

tablespoons white vinegar

tablespoon packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup tomato paste

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes

can (15.25 oz) lima beans, drained, rinsed

teaspoons red pepper sauce, if desired

1/2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)

Preparation

In 5- to 6-quart Dutch oven, stir together all ingredients except chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in chicken. Cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
