Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup Southern Comfort

Chopped walnuts

Glaze:

1/2 cup butter

1/8 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Lightly coat bundt pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Combine all ingredients except walnuts. Beat for 2 minutes, scraping sides of the bowl until well mixed. Pour batter into bundt pan.

Bake in preheated 325F oven for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pan on rack. Remove from pan. Poke with toothpick or fork all over.

Glaze: Melt butter in pan. Add water and sugar. Boil for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup Southern Comfort and mix thoroughly. Pour half of glaze over the cake. Wait a while. Reheat glaze and put more ont he cake. Repeat until glaze is gone. Stir in walnuts.
