Preparation

Mix 1/4 lb. Butter with 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg. Using three vidalia onions: Slice the open end, not the root end of the onion and peel to the root. Cut down almost to the root end eight times like a pie. Fill in the onion with your butter mixture. Wrap in foil real tight. Smoke on a grill, oven for about 45 minutes at 400 degrees or untill the onion is falling apart.
