Ingredients

1/4 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 c. EACH - light & dark Karo

3 eggs, lightly beaten

1 tps. vanilla

1 1/2 c. pecan 1/2’s

1 unbaked pie crust in a 9" pie plate

Preparation

Cream together butter + sugar until fluffy.

Add next 4 ingredients to butter/sugar mixture. Stir to combine.

Spread pecans evenly in bottom of pie shell.

Pour filling mix over nuts.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 and continue baking for approx. 40 minutes.

Done = firm edges + set middle.
